HOW TO TELL IF I HAVE TENDONITIS ?

idk how to tell if this pain in my shoulder the day after military press is tendonitis or what ? it basically only hurts of i push on the front of my shoulder, or if i streach to far of course (so i dont) but idk if its muscle or tendons ? i cant tell can anyone help me

Go to the doctor!!
Have you tryed to take a few days off?
Try it and see if the muscle heals, if it doesent its prolly tendonitis and then you should go to the doc.

it stops hurting after a few days....do u think im just tryin to move up in weight to fast because im only military pressin 25lb. dumbells for 4 sets of ten not counting a couple warmup sets ? and idk i didnt think that was to much to do

if you dont know about my shoulders past...last year i didnt know what tendonitis and overtraining was so basically i got really really bad tendonitis in my shoulder and lost a bunch of movement and had pain all the time and did a bunch of physical therepy religiously and got all my movement and everything back but it still bothered me sometimes then i went to the doc and got an mri arthrogram to see if anything else was wrong cuz i still had pain and it came back 100% perfect on both shoulders and they pain stopped so i started lifting very very light a few weeks ago and i did military press 10lb dumbells 3 sets of ten for 2 weeks then moved up to 15 3 sets of ten two weeks then 20 3 sets of ten for a week but both times iv tried 25 4 sets of ten they bother me really bad the next day and a few days after so idk what it is maybe i just need to start doin physical therepy excersises again and go back down to ten or 15 for a copule months then try to slowly move up what do ya say ?

Ye, i recommened that you drop the weight and stick at it for a while, up the weight a little after a month or so and see if its better.
Im really not sure whats wrong with it bud, does it hurt when you do lateral raises or any other exercise? try deleting military press for a few shoulder workouts
